Importing standard Gyro is not good enough for us. Therefore, we made the extra effort to visit and do research at trade fairs in Greece, as well as exchanged ideas and experiences with famous chefs, butchers, meat producers and owners of grill restaurants.
Our gyro is produced according to our own recipe. And it is not just any random recipe ... Our Gyro is MERAKLICIOUS with natural herbs and spices from the Mediterranean Sea, never with flavor enhancers!

We are going to be producing our own meats in Greece! Based on our own recipes, one of the most renown meat processing plants in Saloniki is producing our Gyro, Bifteki and Polítika, as well as other delicacies. With a combination of craftsmanship and modern data and process technology, the plant creates high-quality and innovative meat products with origin guarantee that have been produced following the highest safety standards while meeting HACCP regulations.
